UK Postal Strike
Due to the UK postal workers dispute, it's possible that your order will take longer to come through the letterbox than usual. Doing Christmas shopping or simply dying to get hold of your stuff? To be sure of receiving your order on time, be sure to purchase as early as possible. UK customers can choose "Royal Mail special delivery next day" as a delivery option upon checkout; orders sent using this service are being prioratised by the Royal Mail. Customers outside the UK can request their order is send Royal Mail Airsure® "Small Packet" as this service is also prioratised. I apologise wholeheartedly for any delay you may experience in recieving your order but also ask you to bear with me as this is utterly beyond my control.
Payments from UK customers
I accept Paypal, cheques and postal orders. Paypal is easy and safe, you don't even need an account with paypal to use it. (Orders made by customers without a verified paypal address will be accepted on my discretion) Cheques will be held for up to ten days to ensure clearance; postal orders are the faster option and your order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Payments from outside the UK
I accept Paypal only for orders outside the UK. Packages will only be sent to buyers with verified addresses on file in their paypal account.
I aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of receiving cleared payment. You can help me provide a swift service by paying promptly via paypal or postal order. Occasionally there may be a delay in your order reaching you; in case of postal strikes or the Christmas rush delivery may be slower than expected. Such delays are out of our control. As this is a one woman outfit, check the website for any dates that I may be away, shop holidays will always be publicised in advance. In this event be aware that although you can still browse and buy, I will not be able to respond to queries or ship out any orders.
UK purchases are sent via 1st class post (allow 1-5 days from dispatch date). I will email you to let you know when your order is on its way. Proof of posting is always obtained. If you pay via cheque, your cheque will be held for up to 10 days to ensure clearance; once the cheque has cleared your item will be sent within two working days. If you pay via postal order, your order will be sent within two working days of receipt of the postal order. Orders are securely, hygienically and individually packaged, packaging will include unique and beautiful recycled materials as part of the shops environmental policy.

Postage is calculated according to weight and size of package plus packaging costs and is based on the Royal Mail postal rates to your part of the world. I do my best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible but please bear in mind that any industrial action that may affect deliveries (for example, by Royal Mail staff) is beyond my control and I am not responsible for any delays that result.
Returns and loss or damage in the post
In the unlikely event that you wish to make a return, we are happy to offer you a full refund (minus postage & packing fees) provided you return the item in its original, unworn condition and in the original packaging. Returns are not accepted on custom orders or on earrings for hygiene reasons. Returns will only be accepted up to 14 days after purchase, please email me to arrange a refund. When returning items please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting from the post office as I cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us. Refunds are entirely at my discretion. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
In the event of a parcel being lost or damaged in the post, I'll be happy to refund you the cost of the item minus postage & packing fees, as long as shipping insurance was purchased at the time of the order. You will be offered several postage options upon checkout.
